الدونتس هي حلوى شهيرة مشهورة بشكلها المميز والشهي
ويمكن تحضيرها في المنزل بسهولة فإليكم طريقه عمل الدونتس:
في وعاء كبير امزجي ثلاث أكواب طحين وربع كوب سكر
وملعقتين صغيرتين من الخميرة الفورية وربع ملعقة صغيرة من
الملح...
أضيفي كوب إلا ربع حليب دافئ وبيضتين وربع كوب من الزبدة
الناعمة إلى العجينة وامزجيها جيدًا لمدة 5 دقائق بالمضرب
الكهربائي...
قومي بتغطية العجينة واتركيها ترتاح لمدة 60 دقيقة حتى يتضاعف
حجمها...
بعد ذلك نخرج العجينة ونفردها على سطح مرشوش بالدقيق ونقطعها
باستخدام قطاعة دوناتس...
قومي بترتيب الدونتس على صينية مغطاة بورق الزبدة واتركيها ترتاح
لمدة 30 دقيقة...
سخني الزيت في حمام مائي عميق على درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية...
اغمسي الدونتس في الزيت وقلبيها على الجانب الآخر حتى تصبح ذهبية
اللون...
قومي بنقل الدونتس إلى منشفة ورقية لتصريف الزيت الزائد ثم رشي السكر
البودرة فوقها...
يمكن تقديم الدونتس ساخنة ..
