تعد كيكة الشوكولاتة من أشهر الحلويات المنتشرة على صعيد
العالم كله وفي هذا النص سوف نقدم طريقة عمل كيكة الشوكولاته :
في وعاء كبير يتم تقليب كوبين من الدقيق مع ملعقة كبيرة بايكينج باودر ..
ثم في الخلاط الكهربائي يتم خلط كوب حليب وكوب زبادي ونصف كوب
زيت ذرة وملعقة صغيرة فانيليا وكوب سكر وخمس ملاعق كبيرة كاكاو ...
يؤخذ كوب من هذا الخليط ويترك في البراد وينقل ما تبقى من هذا الخليط
فوق خليط الدقيق ويتم التقليب جيداً بالمضرب اليدوي ...
بعد ذلك في صينية مدهونة بالقليل من الزيت ورشة دقيق يتم سكب هذا الخليط
ثم تدخل الصينية الفرن المسخن مسبقاً على درجة 180 لمدة 45 دقيقة حتى
تنضج الكيكة ...
بعد ذلك ترفع وتترك لتبرد ثم يسكب عليها كوب الشوكولا المتروك في البراد
