إليك طريقة عمل فتة الباذنجان وهي وصفة شهية ومحبوبة في المطبخ العربي:
قم بتقطيع ثلاث حبات باذنجان متوسطة الحجم إلى شرائح سميكة واتركها لمدة
20 دقيقة لتفرغ من الماء وتخفف من المرارة...
بعد ذلك قم بشوي شرائح الباذنجان على الشواية حتى يصبح لونها ذهبيًا وناضجة...
قم بتقطيع الباذنجان المشوي إلى مكعبات صغيرة واحفظها جانبًا...
في مقلاة عميقة قم بتسخين ملعقتين كبيرتين زيت زيتون وقم بقلي فصين ثوم
مهروسين وحبة بصل مفرومة حتى يذبلوا ويتحمروا قليلاً...
أضف حبتين طماطم مفرومة إلى المقلاة واستمر في القلي لمدة 5 دقائق حتى
تصبح الطماطم طرية وتتكون صلصة...
أضف مكعبات الباذنجان المشوية إلى المقلاة وقلبها جيدًا لتغطيتها بالصلصة...
أضف عصير نصف ليمونة ورشة من البهارات العربية مثل الكمون والكزبرة
والفلفل الأسود والملح واستمر في القلي لمدة 3 دقائق أخرى لتمام تجانس
النكهات....
قم بتقديم فتة الباذنجان ساخنة مع قطع الخبز العربي المحمص...
