MarVista Entertainment has announced its six-strong AFM 2010 slate, led by the fantasy adventure Witches Of Oz.Christopher Lloyd stars as the Wizard Of Oz alongside stanley cup Lord Of The Rings alumni Sean Astin and Billy Boyd, as well as Lance Henrikson, Mia Sara, Jeffrey Combs, Ethan Embry and Sasha Jackson.Eliza Swenson and Paulie Rojas round out the cast and Leigh Scott is directing. North America revenue from OTT over the top content is catching up with theatrical grosses as a study said projected numbers for 2014 will reach $10.7bn 鈥?a little under the record $10.9bn set by theatrical distributors in 2013.Furthermore the report by research and consulting firm Strategy Analytics predicted OTT video revenues would overtake those of DVD within five years.Consumer use of subscription VOD services like Netflix and Hulu will be the biggest driver in OTT video revenue growth of 21% this year, the report said.Subscription VOD revenues in particular will grow 26% in 2014 to $5.1bn, accounting for 48% of total OTT video revenues.
