طريقة عمل اللقيمات

اللقيمات هي حلى شعبي من الحلويات الشرقية والعربية المشهورة
في المنطقة العربية وشمال أفريقيا....
تتكون اللقيمات من كرات صغيرة مصنوعة من خليط من الدقيق
والخميرة والماء وتقلى في الزيت حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون ثم تقدم
بشكل ساخن مع العسل أو السكر أو القطر أو الحليب المحلى...
اليكم في هذا النص طريقة عمل اللقيمات :
في وعاء كبير اخلطي ثلاث أكواب طحين وربع كوب سكر
وملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية ونصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح....
أضيفي نصف كوب حليب سائل ونصف  كوب ماء دافئ
واعجني المكونات جيداً حتى تتكون عجينة ناعمة ومتماسكة...
غطي الوعاء واتركي العجينة ترتاح لمدة ساعة تقريباً...
سخني الزيت في مقلاة عميقة على نار متوسطة...
شكلي العجينة إلى كرات صغيرة بحجم حبة الحمص ثم
أفردي الكرات بين يديك وضعيها في الزيت الساخن وقلبيها
حتى تتحول إلى اللون الذهبي الفاتح...
ارفعي اللقيمات من الزيت باستخدام ملعقة مثقوبة وضعيها على
ورق مطبخ لتصفيتها من الزيت الزائد...
رشي اللقيمات بالسكر البودرة قبل التقديم...
