إليك طريقة عمل السينابون بالخطوات البسيطة...
السينابون هي أصناف من الخبز المملحة مع القرفة
والسكر والزبدة وعادةً ما تكون محشوة بصوص
القرفة والسكر البني وتحمص في الفرن...
في وعاء كبير امزجي كوبين وربع طحين ونصف كوب
سكر وملعقة كبيرة خميرة فورية ونصف ملعقة صغيرة
ملح...
أضيفي نصف كوب زبدة ذائبة وكوب إلا ربع حليب ساخن
وبيضتين إلى الخليط...
اعجني المكونات جيدًا لمدة 7 دقائق حتى تحصلي على
عجينة ناعمة...
ضعي العجينة في وعاء مدهون بقليل من الزيت غطيها
بمنشفة نظيفة واتركيها تتخمر لمدة ساعة حتى يتضاعف
حجمها...
قسمي العجينة إلى قسمين وافردي كل قسم على شكل
مستطيل...
اخلطي نصف كوب سكر بني وملعقتين صغيرتين قرفة
وافرديها فوق كل مستطيل من العجين...
لفي العجينة على شكل لفة وقطعيها إلى قطع بسمك
حوالي 2 سم...
ضعي القطع في صينية فرن مبطنة بورق الخبز واتركيها
لتتخمر لمدة 15 دقيقة...
قومي بخبز السينابون في فرن مسخن مسبقًا على درجة
حرارة 180 مئوية لمدة 25 دقيقة حتى يصبح لونها ذهبيًا...
في وعاء صغير اخلطي كوب سكر بودرة واربع ملاعق كبيرة
حليب وملعقتين صغيرتين فانيليا حتى تحصلي على خليط
سميك...
صبي الجليد الساخن على السينابون الساخنة...
