Kegel movements can help you control your ejaculation by strengthening the muscles on the floor of your pelvis. Hold the muscles you would use to stop pee flow for a few seconds and then let go. This is how you do Kegels. Do this several times every day.

Masturbate or do sexual things and wait on purpose for your orgasm to happen. This can help you become more aware of how aroused you are and give you more control over ejaculation. If you feel like you're about to orgasm while you're sexually active, you should stop until the urge to climax goes away. Then start over. You can do this more than once to help prevent ejaculation.

When you're sexually active, make sure you breathe deeply and slowly. This can help calm you down and keep you from ejaculating right away. Spend more time on foreplay to get your partner excited and maybe even to an orgasm before you start to penetrate. This can help them relax and last longer.
