طريقة عمل السمبوسة

اسمحوا لي بأن أقدم لكم في هذا النص طريقة عمل السمبوسة :

في مقلاة كبيرة اقلي بصلتين مفرومتين وثلاث فصوص من الثوم
المفروم حتى يذبلوا ويصبحوا ذهبيين....

بعدها أضيفي كيلو جرام من اللحم المفروم وقلبيه حتى ينضج
ويصبح بنياً....

أضيفي كوب من البقدونس المفروم وملعقة صغيرة من الكمون
وملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود وملعقة صغيرة من الكزبرة
المطحونة ورشة ملح وقلبي المكونات جيداً....

اسكبي الخليط في طبق واتركيه يبرد...

ضعي ورقة سمبوسة على سطح العمل وضعي ملعقة صغيرة من
الحشو في وسطها....

قومي بلف الورقة على الحشو وثبتي الأطراف بالماء...

كرري خطوة الحشو حتى يتم استخدام جميع ورقات السمبوسة...

سخني الزيت في مقلاة كبيرة وضعي السمبوسة في الزيت حتى
تصبح ذهبية اللون...

بعدها ترفع وتصفى من الزيت ويتم وضعها على ورق نشاف قبل
تقديمها ...
